•What kind of insurance do you accept?  

We currently accept: Medicaid, Medicare, Self-pay and most Private Insurances.  

• What do I need to bring?  

Photo ID, insurance cards. Proof of guardianship as appropriate.   

• Do you have appointments after 5 pm? 

 Yes we do, below are our hours of operations. 

Hours for our Clifton location:

Mon-Thurs: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm

Fri: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
Sat: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Sun: Closed

Hours for our Hawthorne location:

Mon-Tues: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm

Wed: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Thurs: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Fri: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
Sat: Closed
Sun: Closed

• What is the right program for me? 

We have several different services and programs at our practice.  Upon your first visit, you will receive an intake assessment that will help determine what treatment services may be best for you.  You can consult with a service provider about all the services offered at M&S. We have a diverse team of experts ready to serve you.

• Is your staff multilingual? 

Yes, we have Spanish (and other languages) speaking staff and clinicians.  We also provide culturally informed treatment at our practice.
